Staff Spotlight: Jean Fields

When you have a really great team member at your community, you have to shout it from the rooftops! Which is what we are doing with our Staff Spotlight. 

Meet Jean!  Jean has been working as a caregiver in the nursing department for 4 years at Aurora on France - but has been working even longer for Ebenezer!

Jean is reliable and enthusiastic, and very thorough in her work. She goes the extra mile when caring for residents, making sure they've got everything they need and the help she's provided has been to their satisfaction. 

What her boss says:
Jean is great about communicating residents' concerns --she keeps the care team updated on how the residents she is working with are doing and what they need to do even better. Her observations and attention to the people she is caring for makes a difference. She works collaboratively with the nurses to provide the best care.

Jean is dependable and keeps me up to date about my mom. I feel comforted and confident when Jean is taking care of her. I know my mom is in great hands.

We are so thankful to have Jean as a part of our team at Aurora on France Senior Living and Care.
